How long will my custom item be gone?
All of our designs are crafted by hand with each and every stone being applied one at a time. Therefore, we will need to keep your items for the following amount of time:

What is next after placing my custom order through the website?
- Once you have placed your order, a designer will be in touch with you to give you instructions on when to send in your item. We will set you up with an appointment, so we can make sure we only keep your item for the amount of time listed above. If you have any color changes or design questions, feel free to go over these details with your designer!
Are the phones included with the order?
- No, we are offering the crystallization service only, unless specified otherwise.
How do I choose which option I need for my style phone?
- Sidekicks are listed out separately on the site for you. The PDA/Pocket PC option covers blackberries and larger PDA style cell phones. The cell phone option is for your basic cell phones: flip phones, razrs, etc. Please note, this option is for smaller, traditional cell phones. If you have any questions, please contact us and weÕll point you to the correct link.
How do I send you a custom design idea?
- Please feel free to email your ideas to sales@crystalicing.com . If you have a picture you can send us, please email it over as an attachment. Let us know what item youÕd like the design on and we will get back to you letting you know if it will fit and what size crystal will work best.
How soon will my order be sent out?
- Crystal Icing Kits/ Stickers will ship within 1-4 days of your order depending on availability. If we have run out of stock of a certain color, you will be notified as soon as possible. You may either chose a different color, or you can wait for the color to come in.
- Crystal Accessories will ship within 10 days of your order. Each piece is custom made, so please allow time to create your masterpiece! If you need to make other arrangements, or would like a rush order, please email us and we can try to accommodate your request.
Do you take international orders?
- Yes! Please feel free to place your order through the website, or give us a call and we can take it over the phone. We ship with UPS for international orders, and will insure your item. Shipping times are usually around 2-4 days for international locations. Once you put your address into the order system, the shipping prices will be calculated for you.
What kind of guarantee is there on the work you do?
- We stand behind our work, 100% Although for custom items, we cannot offer a refund, if there is something you are not satisfied with we will be happy to fix your item so you are in love with it!
Will the crystals stay on?
- YES! However, you want to treat it like its Jewelry! SO donÕt drop it! É Just in case one happens to fall of, we will include some extra stones for you.
